A Cedar Tree Suicide Prevention Campaign

Why do this?
To raise the awareness of mental ill-health in the UK
To eliminate the stigma of talking about our mental health and in particular suicide.
To get people - especially men to talk about their struggles and mental health.
To encourage us to reach out to those who might be finding life tough.
To encourage those who are finding life tough to reach out.
To offer HOPE to those experiencing poor mental health.

Because
......
In one year, there were 6507 suicides in the UK*
4,903* were men.
75%* of all suicides in the UK were men.
Suicide is the biggest cause of death for men aged 20-49 in the UK*.

It's time to talk. It's time to make the call.

You make the call…. they make the call….. we make the call.
It doesn’t matter who makes the call….. It’s time to talk.
