  • Managing Anxiety, Stress & Emotions (MASE)

    The MASE workshop is designed to help people better understand what is happening in their minds and bodies when they feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed. It explores the links between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviours, helping participants make sense of their emotional responses. The workshop introduces the concept of emotional literacy, supporting people to recognise, name, and understand their emotions more clearly. Participants will also learn practical skills and coping strategies to help manage stress and anxiety, build emotional resilience, and feel more confident responding to challenging situations in everyday life.

Using evidence‑based approaches, participants learn to listen effectively, ask open discovery questions, show empathy, and encourage positive change, without judgement, advice‑giving, or “fixing”, while knowing when and how to signpost to further support

  • Suicide Awareness & Prevention (SAP)

    Suicide Awareness & Prevention Training

    This workshop builds understanding, confidence, and practical skills to help prevent suicide. 


    Participants learn to recognise risk factors and warning signs, have compassionate conversations, and respond safely when someone may be at risk. Through discussion, videos, and scenarios, the training reduces stigma, encourages open dialogue, and emphasises looking after both others and yourself.

  • Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's)

    This workshop explores Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and their lifelong impact on health, behaviour and emotional development. Participants will learn what ACEs are, how multiple adversities increase risks in adulthood and why early stress affects thinking, relationships and learning. The session highlights the role of supportive relationships and resilient communities in reducing harm and offers practical ways to create hope and strengthen resilience in children, young people and adults.

    Understanding and Supporting LGBT+ Children & Young People

    This training will explore some of the critical issues and challenges experienced by children and young people who are LGBT+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and/or Trans) or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Together we will examine how these issues may impact their mental health and their emotional and social wellbeing.
