What is the Cedar Tree Managing Anxiety, Stress & Emotions Workshop?
The MASE workshop is designed to help people better understand what is happening in their minds and bodies when they feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed. It explores the links between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviours, helping participants make sense of their emotional responses.
The workshop introduces the concept of emotional literacy, supporting people to recognise, name, and understand their emotions more clearly.
