Refunds
We can give full refunds on booking cancellations up to 30 days before the course commences (less booking fee charged by our banking system of 8%). We can provide partial refunds after this date on request, but we may have to take into account our costs for training materials, hall hire and food/refreshments that may have already been purchased.
